Quello che ogni volta ci lascia basiti è la totale arbitrarietà che alcuni Uffici e alcuni funzionari applicano nei confronti dei cittadini stranieri o con le categorie più vulnerabili. Sono ormai anni che vediamo ledere alcune tra le più basiche norme anche da parte di chi dovrebbe tutelarle e difenderle.
Ci chiediamo come sia possibile che una persona per svolgere una semplice pratica burocratica debba rimanere bloccata per mesi e rivolgersi a un avvocato o a uno sportello legale per sbloccare la situazione.

Ancora una volta, le testimonianze dirette di chi arriva allo sportello legale di A Buon Diritto ci fanno comprendere come le istituzioni - in questo caso la Questura di Roma - spesso adottino pratiche illegittime, soprattutto nei confronti dei cittadini stranieri. Crediamo che raccontare questi episodi sia importante: anche rimanere in silenzio è una scelta e per questo noi decidiamo di denunciare, per far sì che il cambiamento sociale passi anche da queste testimonianze.
