Um 1990 – Erinnerungen an die besonderen Zeiten mit meiner Schwester in Rom
A short fragment of the story

An einem der Abende, als ich meine Schwester das letzte Mal in Rom besuchte und die Hitze der Julitage selbst spätabends noch hartnäckig in den alten Häuserschluchten nistete und nicht aus den Straßen weichen wollte, hatten wir beschlossen, ins Kino zu gehen. Im Cinema Farnese sei es bestimmt kühl, hatte sie gesagt. Sie war gut gelaunt, etwas müde, abgekämpft, aber zufrieden, weil der Arbeitstag ergiebig war. Sie war Restauratorin, Absolventin des renommierten Istituto Centrale per il Restauro und lebte seit sechs Jahren in der Ewigen Stadt. Ich besuchte sie dort so oft ich konnte, kam aus Österreich angereist oder aus Berlin, wo ich inzwischen lebte.
