Pian piano mi sono inserita ed è cominciata la “metamorfosi” da osservatore a
partecipante, mi sono messa in gioco e ho cominciato ad applicare tutto quello che
avevo visto nei giorni precedenti.
Sono diventata parte integrante del team e punto di riferimento per colleghi e
beneficiari.
