A short fragment of the story

Food is our celebration of life. It is necessity for human existence, but it is also a pleasure of different tastes, flavours and of course vision. In Europe, there are regions that are influenced by their geographical location and where more fish and seafood is consumed, this is the so-called Mediterranean cuisine, such as that of Italy and Greece. Diversity is the hallmark of the European cuisine. In the Balkans, it is strongly influenced by the Turkish cuisine – in Bulgaria, Serbia and others. Today, European cuisine is increasingly striving to be healthy. Vegetables, fruit, olive oil and dairy products are recommended. Bulgaria has also contributed to European cuisine with the spread of the Bulgarian yoghurt.
